Wednesday Night Flights, but better!  All Champagne, presented by Bubblyothèque.

We're starting the party early for Bastille Day this year with an appropriately themed flight night at Swirl - Rebels vs Royals.

Come have a flight of 3 champagnes - 2 from growers who are part of the revolution in Champagne, and 1 from an excellent well-established house that holds a Royal Warrant from Her Majesty the Queen of England.  I'll come around to tell you about the producers and the wines while you sample them alongside a cheese and charcuterie selection chosen to compliment the wines.

Pouring: Waris-Larmandier "Particules Crayeuses" Blanc de Blancs, Bourgeois-Diaz "3C", and Pol Roger "Brut Reserve".
